From the Oval Office, President Joe Biden responded to criticism from former President Trump that he was late to respond to the Hurricane Helene storm damage in the Carolinas and Tennessee, and that he had not yet spoken with Governor Kemp of Georgia. Biden reiterated that he had spoken with the governor.

Trump is a liar.
