I doan know when the Jagans ever surrounded themselves with intelligent people. There are some PPPites question what was the Jagans thinking when they name Ramotar to be General Secretary and Jagdeo to be President.
I think that the reason that the Jagans might have had is that they did not want bright and brilliant people around them, people with no shame, dignity and/or self-respect? would have fitted very well in their surrounding, this way no one to challenge them and so that is the reason why we have Ramotar, Rohee,and plug a batty and all the other that make up the PPP/C Party of the low breed.
That is why the PPP did not want you then and now? You said Ramotar invited you to his ofiice and his secretary serenaded you. What song did she sing and what instrument did she play? I think this supposedly "serenade" was a physical "right arm between the two legs, under the ass, the left hand on the shirt collar, and a big lift and throw outside his office door.
