There is no excuse to hit a child. It is a sign of bad parenting, bad teaching and bad child care influenced deeply by Euro -oppression and exploitation.
Many of these societies that use Corporal punishment on children are in former oppressed countries that suffered brutal colonialism, slavery and Indentureship.
