Vish, if I were a betting man, I would say that the judges will quash the decision by Granger to unilaterally appointment a GECOM chairman and rule that Granger and Jagdeo appoint a new chairman through a proper consultative process.

Then again, I am no legal expert and the courts could uphold the original decision.
