Guyana election is all about race. It has been that way and it continues that way. The British leave us with "Divide and Conquer".
In the English speaking Caribbean Guyanese have the lowest GDP per capita, the highest infant and maternal mortality rates, the lowest usage levels of internet, the worst educational performance as measured by CXC results, and the lowest Human Development Index. We also rank high in our suicide rate.
Why when Guyana has the most resources, and indeed the only one which doesnt have excess population? RACE!

In truth, while many Indians sing praises to the PPP their eyes and ears are trained northwards across the Atlantic.
They don't see themselves in a long-term Guyana future.
They leave the PPP Paradise not only for the America you describe but also for the Caribbean islands that blacks built, maintained and presently govern.
Is this the cuss coolie people down election? We've gone through threads about our lolo deficiency, our racism, our pathological hatred of Black people, our outcaste status in India, our rum drinking, and now we're back to our innate disloyalty to Guyana.
