On oil money: the initial income of US$300M per year translates to roughly US$350 per capita. As production is ramped up, if it is ramped up, this amount will increase but while the income is incremental to what obtains currently it is certainly not Eldorado like. In the meanwhile Guyana does produce Eldorado and I may have some shortly.
