A guy was posting my antique photographs on the net, under his name. He ignored my request to stop, but luckily he stopped after receiving a cease and desist letter from my lawyer. Or he would have been up de creek without a paddle, if he continue.
Generating people's personal information and their intellectual property rights are serious stuff. Until some ignore the law and it bite dem on their ass, with a hefty fine or jail time.
