A Carrier Battle Group is one of the most amazing and terrifying sights to behold in modern warfare.

The psychological impact alone of a carrier strike group with multiple destroyers, and lessor crafts along with nuclear subs would terrify a Great Power much less a pissant "middle power" at best like Iran. We're not even talking about the air component as well as the ability of the Group to actually carry out littoral combat operations on your very shores.
