This is pretty odd. Rohee in his statements to the press takes great pains to not mention the Decree at all or the current regime in Caracas but he just goes on to state some vague nonsense about the PPP supporting some nebulous "traditional Guyana position"

I am convinced these cretins are putting their perceived party interests above the State.
