Jagdeo, didn't sign oil exploration agreement with Exxon, it's a LIE !!!

Janet signed the oil exploration contract in 1999. Jagdeo signed the renewable extension of the contract in 2008. First oil was discovered while the Jagdeo signed contract was effective.
