And if the PNC did order the slaughter of Indians why didn't Jagdeo not haul its leadership in front of the courts to answer to this charge?

Maybe because evidence would have revealed that some of this was in fact tied to Roger Khan, such as the murder of a PPP minister and members of his family as well as others.
