What prompted the honorable and venerable Boysie Ramkarran to tell Rohee that story?
Mr Ramkarran had more tact than Rohee and was more diplomatic than Rohee. I suspect it was Mr Ramkarran's way of drawing attention to the fact that Rohee was expelling too much flatus in Freedom House.
These days there is no end to Rohee's continual release of verbal flatus.
