Why does Guyana need a Minister of Nothing, now that the Department of Energy comes under Harmon? Replace Trotman with Bynoe even though he has zero experience in the oil industry. Blind man leading deaf man. PNC is going to pull out the carpet from under the feet of AFC. They are almost there.
