My understanding digitizing of birth and immigration records , is to move from the old paper record keeping.
That’s the system Canada used to update their electoral data base.
They had the H2H registration up until 1996.
If you are going to digitize the system for birth and immigration records, isn’t this the info needed for electors.
Yeah the PNC fellas are dunces , they don't know how to combine data.
Anyway it's more than birth and immigration , the passed on have to be added.
