Since 2008 , over 25,000 national identification cards wasn't uplifted , the names of the individuals still on the voters.
How can a person vote without a national ID card ? Is other type of ID accepted, if their name is on the voter's list ?
Law passed for ID cards only to be used for identification when voting. The current GECOM Chairman , when as a Judge over turned the law , when a petition was filed regarding disenfranchisement in the 1997 Elections.

You need an ID card to uplift the voter ID card, now where would they get that one, Congress Place. Obviously ,they would not just hand out those card Free Willie. GECOM is making Voting more difficult, people in the remote country side will not be voting.
