I can't quite figure out why the US didn't support the Dutch in capturing Desi Bouterse. The only thing I can think of is that he is being used as a honey trap to track bigger drug lords in the region. I used to knock off one of his sisters of cousins (can't remember which one it was) when I was at college with her. We both got buck blood in us.
