What ever you call it. The Country has made progress beyond belief.
People have computers, electricity, big houses, cars, all electrical appliances. They have better roads, high paying jobs and big bank accounts. Jagdeo had completed over 5000 projects during his reign as President.
Every dam country is supposed to move forward, that's called progress. There should have been lots more progress in Guyana, not one hotel here another huge building there and no one knws where the funds come from to build them.
