institution of new criminal charge by the State are clearly intended to have an impact on any testimony which Mr. Lowenfield may provide in the Election petition cases

They arrested Bharat Jagdeo at one time, a former president of Guyana. Looks do fuh do ah obeah now. Did they not charge Irfan Ali too on 19 fraud charges?
