"a crisis of unimaginable proportions. of the 184 drugs/medicine noted 168 are not available in the public health systems either at hospitals or health centers or diagnostic centers. these include saline and anti biotic, pain killers etc etc. the 18 remaining drugs/medicine that are presently available, all will expire by 20th February 2016. this is really criminal negligence. two ministers at the Ministry of health, three Ministers at the Ministry of Communities. None got it right. the people are suffering. they are literally dying.
