Can the members of the Indo KKK (PPP branch) indicate why Norway hands the money over to the IDB, and doesn't give it DIRECTLY to Guyana.

Can you admit that this is because they know that most of the cash will end up in Miami, or in lavish Guyana real estate, if given directly to the PPP thieves?
