As I stated, I have not seen any report where the AG is involved. If you are in awareness of any perhaps you may post it for my edification. There has been quite a few reports of who/what initiated the search/charge and none of them involved the AG. All the reports have indicated that Jones was in possession of state assets and was subsequently arrested and charged for that offence.
