Was he operating a barbershop at the time he obtained the items? If this was not disclosed and he did not have a barbershop, what would have happened to the equipment that was purchased with taxpayers' dollars?

It is just a hunch but I think he was going to sell it back to existing barbershops. Why would he open a barbershop and risk losses when he can sit back as a minister and do nothing while still getting kickbacks like these materials?
