Correct. PNCites always make claims but the PNC never did a thing. How do we know these claims are valid? This can only be done with a proper investigation and prosecution. Other than that it’s spurious claims without merit.
Mr Jones will get a chance to defend himself. That’s the rule of law.

That is because the PNC led government government made tons of accusations but never bother to do any investigations to determine if they were right or wrong. Look at all the people they pulled in but they couldn't prove any crimes.
