The International Bodies are legitimate observers which have the options and rights to express their perspectives on the proceedings.

It will be the individual decision of each government or international group to make their decisions on what actions each will take should the current concerns exist; i.e., improper validation of the election results.

Technically International bodies can talk and threaten all they want. But can they actually do anything in all seriousness to change what is going on.
