@D2 but it is used as evidence of a PPP/C win, so it must mean something to someone. @cain, I am invested in the future of Guyana, so this is honestly the best I can do with my time, in conjunction with working from home.

As I said, the numbers yet to be revealed is what matters. However If I am in a T20 game and I know the run rate and I see the amount of overs remaining I can predict with some certainty the chances of the team that will win.

The PPP like everyone participating received official carbon copies of the sops. Surely any curious person would tally them up. They did so. They are certainly within some reason think they won. The PNC did so, they know they will lose hence this obstructing, prevaricating and nonsensical squabble about process
