Yuji, it was not only Kwame, but Adam Harris requested Rohee and Mustapha to stop Kwame's disturbance, they took no action and allowed it to continue.
It shows poor leadership skills, but its good that they are playing into the hands of the opposition.
At the 2011 election Kwame was doing the same with guns, looks like he is on the warpath again, with PPP blessings.
