Let me revisit this matter. For the past 22+ years the PPP regime has boasted consistently about investing heavily in the education sector. What are the results? The litmus test is the level of functional literacy in the society. Correct spelling in everyday life is part and parcel of functional literacy.

These youngsters holding up the banner are beneficiaries of the PPP's schooling. Doesn't it alarm you that they are proudly championing their PPP benefactor by showing an inability to spell correctly? Are they expected to submit badly spelt words in tests by telling the examiner "dont worry about spelling, worry about what the word means"?

Is this the kind of mediocrity that pleases the PPP?

Gilly, you think Americans can spell or write proper grammar? Think again. Look at how much is invested in education and early childhood education. Only the rich suburbs have a good high school and college graduation rate. The rich folks!!!
