Mr.TI pity the fool

If you can't spell properly then you can't read properly. And that's the main reason why Guyana is still being run under a now discredited constitution. The PPP lacks the education skills to devise a new constitution. When the minister for education can't even justify her position in an educated way the country is stuffed.
