You should read it sometime. The PPP is following it to a tee. In five years' time, Guyana would be a Paradise everyone dreams about.

In every country in the world, there is a solution to a problem we all can benefit from. We just have to find that country and apply their solution. Bill Clinton did it. Obama did it. Why can't Guyana?
