Moses claimed PPP mismanagement and Corruption for 23 years... he was a MP for the same PPP for 19 years of those 23 years.

The PPP may not have done everything right in their 23 years, but Guyana was in a better position than 1992 under the PNC, and comparing the 4 years under APNU / AFC.
