I am still in shock...never in my political experience from since a child, have I witnessed such a thing...a crowd, larger than those attending the meeting, comprised mostly of sugar workers, assembled some 50 feet away and booed, heckled and shouted down the three PPP speakers - Neil Kumar, Seeraj and Anil Nandlall. PPP = punishing sugar workers and the AFC will be offering sugar workers a lease of life with ethanol production.
PLUS - AFC WILL BE INCREASING ALL SALARIES INCLUDING SUGAR WORKERS SALARY BY 20%
the AFC will be reducing the PAYE from 33% to 25% and VAT from 16% to 12%.
