Dr. Jagdeo may continue to be General Secretary of the PPP and have a suitable candidate to contest the next General election. In terms of rigging, it is clear that Granger took the opportunity since assuming office to focus on what Guyanese fear the most....Rigging or big brothers involvement in our election process.
