Government Pathologist Dr. Nehaul Singh conducted the PME at the Georgetown Public Hospital Mortuary.

“The doctor reported that the juvenile was sexually active, and he cannot determine whether she was raped.” Police had said that blood was seen on the girl’s private part.

Why is the doctor revealing this type of information to the public? Should this not remain confidential?

Is the accused a pedophile?
