Cedric Richardson is living in Liaing Avenue, just south of Le Repentir. I saw a recent photo of his ordinary house surrounded by extraordinary high barb-wired fence and security cameras. I understand some pro-Jagdeo businessmen stood the expense. Naturally, Richardson has to watch his back for fear of revenge from PNC thugs. That could explain his low profile or "missing" as you put it.
