Did Albert ever address any of these questions? Maybe you should print it and send it over to his boss, suggest they dock his pay for being a slack ass.

In Berbice, people pickup wireless connections on their laptop for FREE and complain that the service is poor.[Only in Guyana]
I volunnteer to contact the server on their behalf. One guy even wanted to accompany me to get to know the server, until they realized that the server should not know about them stealing the service.
