Cannot say I knew him very well. I was 15 when I was introduced to him and only was around him a dozen or so times. He knew my family and wanted to contribute to my edification and I cannot say he was successful because I had just come back from school overseas and was bored most of the time with the politics and competing ideologies and only bided my time when I could leave again. I later understood he was instrumental in the PPP struggle. I also met his son Charles and daughter Loraine...(I think) once.
