* 50-1% of the Guyanese electorate may agree that the PNC/AFC was correct in cutting billions from the Guyana budget the past 3 years.

* But 50+1% of the Guyanese electorate are convinced that it was sheer meanness and spitefulness and wickedness that drove the PNC/AFC to cut billions from the Guyana budget and it is that 50+1% of the electorate that will re-elect the PPP on May 11th.

* No need for arguments and explanations---50+1% is greater than 50-1%.
