* 50+1% of the Guyanese electorate are looking at the new Guyana Marriott with pride and joy. They see progress and prosperity in their beloved country.

* On the other hand, the pessimists and naysayers are bawling and screaming corruption----they rightfully belong in the 50-1%(political losers).
