British High Commissioner to Guyana says Guyana set to become upper middle income country.

* The majority of Guyanese recognizes the great strides their country is making economically and socially under the PPP and come May 11th the PPP/C will be rewarded for their leadership by being re-elected by(50+1)% of the Guyana electorate.
