They can't vote .
If they can’t vote why were you worried about all the names of alleged non existent people on the list used for the 2015 elections?
All voters list should be credible, that's the norm. Its the duty of the Elections Commission to do so , they receive billions of dollars from the government coffers.

Do you validate the current GECOM voters list that would be used for the March elections if there is such an elections?
