PPP/C got 233.3K. Certified by competent CARICOM Observers. CARICOM stands by its observers according to its Secretary General. Further, the new CARICOM Chairman Ralph Gonsalves endorsed them.

Thanks for the correction.

The table below shows 464,563 voted according to the recount. The PPP got 233,336 then the Coalition and others got 231,227. Therefore PPP only got 2,109 more votes than the rest of the pack. That's not a convincing lead.
