The Accounting General and the ministry of finance went along with the president and lied to the people of Guyana about this bonus from Exxon. Exxon stated accurately that the ministry of finance was involved in the signing of this deal. I think the AG and others have compromised their integrity by being in cahoots with the government in this corrupt deal.

Most of the Guyanese Politicians are crooks and can't be trusted.
