I know, because I have a brother in the program...and this has been happening for years

The medical shools in Guyana are like offshore Universities. Their curriculum is most likely USA approved and the students may be allowed to write the US qualifying exams and have a chance to leapfrog into Canada and USA after graduation. These foreign students must have Home Land Security clearance.
