Truth is, on March 2 APNU+AFC collaborators operating in GECOM as Returning Officers, instructed innocent Presiding Officers of polling stations in PPP/C strongholds in East Demerara not to put supporting documents in the ballot boxes but in big Manila envelopes.

Those PNC-dominated APNU+AFC collaborators in GECOM knew exactly what they were doing. It was a vital part of the Grangerite rigging scheme. Not to forget, PNC is notoriously the biggest rigging outfit in the Caribbean region.
