Jagdeo made an enormous profit by flipping his first house at Pradoville 1. Considering that a President owned that property, it should not raise eyebrows that it was sold for an above-market price. Jagdeo used the proceeds to finance his next property.

Properties in Pradoville 1 would fetch hefty prices in the market today.
