The Myth of Rigging

Why are we so drenched in this mythical belief that when the PPP lose an election it's because of rigging? Why does the PPP predict rigging ahead of time when they are in the opposition?

In 2015, NO prediction of rigging was mentioned on behalf of the PPP because they were confident of winning. The rigging came AFTER PPP found out they were DEFEATED.

Why am I not fazed by this rigging belief like most of you do? Well, a plausible discussion may convince me or shut me up. Let's try!
