The Rev believes most of those 9888 voters went ahead and voted for Berbician Moses instead of Essequibian Ramotar---there was a regional prejudice.

Now that those Berbicians know Moses is really a PNC man---afc is really the pnc in disguise---many will support the incumbent President Donald Ramotar in the next election.
