This Krishndat is a distant relative by marriage through my first cousin side. Never met him, saw him once at Springlands. He also bought my brother's mother in law's house nearby too. Not sure what he is going to do with it. It's by the seawall too.
Met him when I went back for a funeral several years ago. He is a down to earth type of person; Very humble and charitable person.
He was at my cousin's husband cremation at #66 village but I did not recognize him then.

I think he will convert that house into a shelter for abused wives.
