That MOU is for mostly Infrastructure,there are plans to build the Linden-Lethem road..etc.The projects will be revealed,no underhand dealings.
Can government build a new City Hall building with the loan? That's a dire need. I suppose some public structures could be classified as infrastructure, no?

City Hall should be restored to the original state,there is no shortage wooden materials in Guyana.All of the historical buildings are destroyed and taken over by the ugly concrete structures.
