The current Supreme Court was compromised by the Republican majority Senate. Not allowing Obama to rightfully have his nominee either confirmed or denied showed how the Supreme Court was set up Politically. It also showed McConnel’s cowardice and crookedness. With all these Republican influences, why would anyone be surprised by the vote?
